This is the user guide for the Integrated Plan and Quarterly Reporting System (IPQRS). It is a brand new system just being launched therefore the user can expect things to change/evolve/improve fast based on feedback and on-going warranty of this work.

===== Access and Login =====

The user can access the system online using a modern web browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Edge. The system is hosted at https://ip.doe.fm/. Point your browser to that link and you should see the following login page.

You will be given a user of your own to login.
